The French free software firm LINAGORA and the Senegalese NGO “GAINDE 2000” have developed an electronic safe for the security of electronic documents and data.
Through its expertise and proven experience in design and implementation of Single Window solutions, GAINDE 2000 has become an international major actor in the field of paperless foreign trade formalities and administrative procedures.
Mr. Ibrahima DIAGNE, GAINDE 2000 Managing Director welcomed in GAINDE 2000 premises the LINAGORA Managing Director Mr. ZAPOLSKI who during his visit appreciated a lot his collaboration with GAINDE 2000 especially in the electronic safe implementation.
Mr Mor Talla DIOP, International Business Development Director and Mr Mactar DIOP Head of Marketing at GAINDE 2000, have been panelists during the second edition of SIPEN (the International Exhibition for Professionals in the Digital Economy ) their intervention were on the topics “Solution for a digital Administration” and “Digital companies in Senegal facing International competition” . They both shared their expertise and experiences with practical examples in the Paperless domain Together with some strategies to stand out against the competition.
During the IT Forum Organized by CIO MAG, M. ZAPOLSKI, the LINAGORA CEO underlines that the brand new set of electronic tools released by GAINDE 2000 will allow each user to have secure space for the storage of important documents and electronic Data with a complete trust. This speech was delivered in parallel of the International Exhibition for Professionals in the Digital Economy Organized in February in Dakar/Senegal.
He said digital technology is a means of fighting corruption in Africa, insisting that African states should modernize by using the digital system, given that digital traceability can help fight corruption. “The development of African ecosystems will only happen if there are youngsters trained in the digital trades,” Zapolsky suggested, adding that beyond the training of young people, it is also important to develop and share good practices at regional forums, to promote co-development, co-innovation through a win-win system between Europe and Africa. The LINAGORA DG, however insisted on the need for digital security, as there are young people who take advantage of the digital gaps to develop cybercrime. Held in Dakar on February 21-22, the 2nd SIPEN was themed: “Digital technology, Vector for Development and Economic and Social Integration.”
The first edition was held in December 2015 in the Senegalese capital with the participation of hundreds of delegates from all continents, to discuss the current challenges to the promotion of digital technology, particularly the training of young people.
